The public is invited to attend and comment

  • Approve the Annexation and Plan of Services for 815 John Wright Road, 3.2 acres known as the Smiley Property, Map 076, Parcel 059.00 located within the city’s Urban Growth Boundary
  • Rezone 258 W. Division Street, Map 072I, Group C, Parcel 003.00 from Single Family Residential RS-20 to Commercial Town Center, CTC
  • Annex the Hamilton – Denson Property, 8.64 acres located on Tate Lane, Map 073, Parcel 018.01 located within the city’s Urban growth Boundary
  • Amend the Mt. Juliet City Code –Chapter 4 Alcoholic Beverage Section 4-70(4) Prohibited Acts by Permit Holders, Agents or Employees to change the time to sell beer from Noon (12) on Sunday to Ten (10) AM
  • Rezone to Single Family Residential, RS-40 and Multi-Family Residential, RM-8, Planned Unit Development (PUD) – Windtree Pines Subdivision on Nonaville Road, Map 049, Parcel 074.00, 076.00 and 076.01
  • Move appropriated funds from Park Land to Park Improvements in the FY 20/21 Budget
