Holiday Lights Banner

Mt. Juliet, Tenn. - The City of Mt. Juliet is encouraging residents and businesses to bring  "Lights of Joy Across Mt. Juliet" in a new, city-wide holiday lights contest this Christmas season. The city is hoping many homeowners and businesses participate to bring extra joy & Christmas spirit across our community that has been impacted by a tornado and COVID-19 precautions. Participation is free, and winners will receive a gift card and yard sign for bragging rights.

The "Lights of Joy Across Mt. Juliet" contest is open to any resident or business location in the Mt. Juliet city limits. Applications are due on Friday, November 27th, and all homes must be fully decorated by that night. All participants should be willing to share their home or business address and family or business name. We also hope all participants will leave up their lights through the new year so other residents can check out their holiday lights.

Winners will be announced on Saturday, December 5th at 4:00 p.m. at the annual Christmas Tree lighting ceremony that will take place at the Town Center Clock Tower near Mt. Juliet Road and E. Division St.
