1. Do I receive a refund for cancelling my rental?

Cancellations made 72 hours, or more, prior to rental will receive a full refund.

2. Am I responsible for my trash?

Yes, you are responsible for your trash. Each renter must remove trash from the facility and place it in the dumpster. Trash bags will be provided by the Parks Department.

3. How many people does the meeting room hold?

Rooms A and B hold up to 75 people with tables and chairs, 100 with chairs only, and 150 standing. Room C holds up to 25 people seated.

4. Are tables and chairs provided with the meeting room rental?

Yes, tables and chairs provided with the meeting room rental. Rooms A and B have 100 chairs and 18 6-foot tables each. Room C has 3 8-foot tables, 3 6-foot tables and 30 chairs. Numbers subject to change prior to rental. Renter is responsible for arranging tables and chairs to desired layout.

5. Is set up and tear down times included in my rental?

All set up and tear down times are to be completed during your allotted rental times. Each pavilion has a message board with rental times in it.
