Sealed bids for the construction of BELINDA PKWY. & CREEKVIEW DR. OVER STONERS CK. WINGWALL REPAIR will be received at the office of The City of Mt. Juliet Finance Department at 2425 N. Mt. Juliet Rd, Mt. Juliet, Tennessee 37122, Attention:  Dana Hire, on or before June 7, 2023, at 10:00am, and immediately thereafter all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of construction of two (2) wingwall replacements at both the Belinda Pkwy. and Creekview Dr. culverts over Stoners Ck. totaling in four (4) wingwall replacements.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.  A Prime Contractor must prequalify with the Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 54-5-117 of the “Tennessee Code Annotated” and Tennessee Department of Transportation Rule 1680- 5-3 prequalification of contractors before biddable proposals will be furnished.

No Bids will be received or accepted after the above-specified time for the opening of Bids. Bids submitted after the designated hour will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the Bidder.  Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
